- Each of our jobs starts with the opening of a working order, with a unique number, which ensures complete traceability from the beginning to the very end of the production process.
- The production process is carried out under controlled air temperature and humidity conditions.
- 100% visual control of printed foils done by SHARK 4000 LEX, BST eltromat International camera.
- DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST 1000 TD is a plate making system that uses dry, thermal technology to process high quality photopolymer plates, thus eliminating all solvents and aqueous solutions from the plate room.
- Production starts after comparison between printed sample and PDF file from customer is performed.
- Mixing of colors is done in house.
- Printed production is organised on machine Bobst M5 430 4K, which is equipped with 4 printing colors, maximum wide of reels 430 mm and Lombardi which is equipped with 2 printing colors.
- Cutting of aluminium foils is done on machine Jurmet Avancer with possibility to cut alu foils from 50 mm wide. Annual capacity of machine is 3000 tonnes.
- Cutting and rewinding of foils is performed on machine Jurmet Langer 3 (from 20 µm to 600 µm), annual capacity is 3000 t.
